We did it! Saturday, September 11, 2021: Thanks to hundreds of volunteers for rolling up their sleeves and tackling 25+ projects. See photos and write-ups here and here. More info coming soon for our 2022 efforts!
United Way of Eastern Utah's Day of Caring is an annual event that brings together hundreds of volunteers. On Day of Caring, we work together to make our community stronger and better for us all. We clean up yards, haul away trash, pull weeds, paint fences, and more. Community members submit projects they would like to complete, and we match volunteer groups to the projects. We kick off the day in the parking lot of Lin's Fresh Market (Price) with complimentary breakfast. (Thank you, Lin's!)
Day of Caring was established to promote the spirit and value of volunteerism, and to demonstrate what people working together can accomplish. Each year, we show what it means to LIVE UNITED. This year, we are asking folks to commit not just to a single Day of Caring but also to a whole year of kindness: what can Eastern Utah accomplish through small acts of service?
